Parker's Proof was founded by Parker Contreras in 2023 with the vision of elevating the craft cocktail experience beyond the confines of restaurants and into both private and public events across the San Diego community. With a firm belief that every event deserves the distinction of a bespoke cocktail experience, Parker, who has accumulated seven years of industry expertise and currently directs the beverage program for CS Hospitality, set out to redefine event beverage offerings. His innovative creations have garnered acclaim in esteemed publications such as Forbes, SD Times, and the San Diego Tribune, among others.

The team at Parker's Proof comprises accomplished bartenders and mixologists with diverse backgrounds in the restaurant industry, many of whom have held positions as beverage directors or bar managers across the United States. Their dedication to making each event exceptional is evident in their extensive experience, deep knowledge, passion for their craft, and vibrant personalities.
